(Blood-infused Incarnates do tons of physical damage.) each char can go deep in two areas and half deep in third one. id mix melee and range and make sure youve all schools of skills covered except maybe pyro. you can pretty much try to build anything you want to. If you have a physical party, maybe throw a point into Necro for the Raining Blood skill to summon your Incarnate on (or use Sebille's Flesh Sacrifice). only attributes skills talents and items. You can put a few more points into CON than you'd want to on another character, and give them a shield for even more protection. Summoning is great for this: 10 pts into Summoning, 2 points into Geo for Fortify and Mend Metal, at least 2 points into Hydro for Armor of Frost and Soothing Cold (and maybe higher-level healing spells as well), a couple into Aero for Teleportation, Uncanny Evasion (which you can use on yourself or a companion), and Nether Swap. That being said, though, you can make a tanky sort of support character. Taunt requires you to strip off physical armor before it can be used, and the AI will always prioritize weaker characters, ignoring your tank altogether.
